Raventron’un dört uygulaması var. Formda talebinizin hangisiyle ilgili olduğunu seçin; silme talebi yalnızca seçilen uygulama için işleme alınır.
- I Ching — Apple veya Google ile giriş yapılan bir hesap olabilir. Paket:

Which app?
Raventron has four apps. In the form, choose which one your request is about; the deletion request is processed only for the app you select.
- I Ching — there may be an account signed in with Apple or Google. Package:
com.raventron.iching.
- Permit2Route — no Raventron user account is created. Package:
com.raventron.permit2route.
- Flextron — no Raventron user account is created. Package:
com.raventron.flextron.
- Slidescape — an anonymous player and an optional Google / Apple account; a game save on the server. Package:
com.raventron.slidescape.
I Ching

Uygulama içinden
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil adımlarını kullanarak silebilirsiniz.
Bu sayfadan
Uygulamayı silmiş olsanız bile aşağıdaki formdan veya contact@raventron.net adresine yazarak hesap silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz.
Formda, hesabı açarken kullandığınız e-posta adresini yazın. Apple’ın “E-postamı gizle” özelliğini kullandıysanız Apple’ın verdiği yönlendirme adresini yazın.
Kimlik veya hesap sahipliğinin doğrulanması için talebin niteliğiyle orantılı ek bilgi istenebilir. Talep alındıktan sonra silme işlemi makul sürede tamamlanır.
Silinenler ve saklananlar
Hesap silme işlemi sonucunda:
- aktif oturumlar iptal edilir;
- hesap profilindeki e-posta ve görünen ad silinir;
- kullanılmamış uygulama içi kullanım hakları hesaptan kaldırılır;
- abonelik, satın alma ve kota kayıtları ile hesaba bağlı yapay zekâ yorum kayıtları (soru, okuma, yorum, takip soruları ve isteğe bağlı işaretler) silinmez; e-posta ve görünen ad olmadan, erişimi yetkili kişilerle sınırlı bir arşivde tutulur;
- cihazdaki yerel günlük ve atış kayıtları otomatik olarak silinmez.
Arşiv yalnızca uygulamanın geliştirilmesi, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için kullanılır. Hiçbir kişi, kurum veya kuruluşla paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz; yürürlükteki hukukun zorunlu kıldığı yetkili makam talepleri bunun dışındadır.
Hoş geldin hakkı her Apple veya Google kimliği için bir kez verilir. Bu yüzden sağlayıcının verdiği kimlik (sub) hesap silindikten sonra da saklanır. Aynı kimlikle yeniden giriş yaparsanız hesabınız yeniden etkinleşir, arşivdeki kayıtlar hesabınıza bağlı kalır ve hoş geldin hakkı yeniden verilmez.
Arşivdeki kayıtlarınızın da silinmesini istiyorsanız madde 18’deki yoldan başvurabilirsiniz; talebiniz yürürlükteki mevzuat çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.
Abonelik
Hesap silme işlemi App Store veya Google Play’deki aktif aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmeyebilir. Abonelik ayrıca ilgili mağazadan yönetilmelidir.

I Ching
This request applies only to your I Ching account. Your data in the other apps is not affected by it.
From inside the app
You can delete your account from inside the app using Settings → Account → Delete account.
From this page
Even if you have already uninstalled the app, you can send an account-deletion request with the form below or by writing to contact@raventron.net.
In the form, write the email address you used when you created the account. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email feature, write the forwarding address provided by Apple.
Additional information proportionate to the nature of the request may be asked in order to verify identity or account ownership. After the request is received, deletion is completed within a reasonable time.
What is deleted and what is kept
As a result of account deletion:
- active sessions are revoked;
- the email address and display name in the account profile are deleted;
- unused in-app usage entitlements are removed from the account;
- subscription, purchase, and quota records and the AI interpretation records linked to the account (question, reading, interpretation, follow-up questions, and optional marks) are not deleted; they are kept, without the email address or display name, in an archive that only authorised persons can access;
- local journal and cast records on the device are not deleted automatically.
The archive is used only to develop the app, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. It is not shared with or sold to any person, institution, or organisation, except where applicable law requires disclosure to competent authorities.
The welcome credit is given once per Apple or Google identity, so the identifier assigned by the provider (sub) is kept after the account is deleted. If you sign in again with the same identity, your account is reactivated, the archived records remain linked to it, and the welcome credit is not given again.
If you also want your archived records deleted, you can apply through the channel in Article 18; your request is assessed under applicable law.
Subscription
Deleting the account may not automatically cancel an active subscription in the App Store or Google Play. The subscription must also be managed from the relevant store.

Permit2Route

Permit2Route does not create a Raventron user account. There is no account to delete.
To delete app data on the device, uninstall the app from your phone.
If you think a record is kept on a server, fill in the form. Additional information proportionate to the request may be asked to verify identity.
Flextron

Flextron
This request is only for Flextron. Your account or data in the other apps is not affected by it.
Flextron does not create a Raventron user account. There is no account to delete. Ethanol, temperature, and session records are kept on your device by default.
To delete app data on the device, uninstall the app from your phone.
If you think a record is kept on a server, fill in the form. Additional information proportionate to the request may be asked to verify identity.

Slidescape

Silinenler ve saklananlar

- satın alma kayıtları muhasebe ve iade için saklanır; ürünü mağazanın “satın almaları geri yükle” özelliğiyle yeniden kullanabilirsiniz;
- cihazınızdaki oyun kaydı oyunu kaldırana kadar cihazda kalır.

This request is only for Slidescape. Your data in the other apps is not affected by it.
From inside the game
If you linked a Google or Apple account, you can delete your account at once from inside the game under Settings → Account → Delete account. If you never linked one, use the form below.
From this page
If you have uninstalled the game, send a request with the form below or by writing to contact@raventron.net. Write the e-mail of the Google or Apple account you linked (it may be an Apple “Hide My Email” address). If you never linked an account, write your player id.
Additional information proportionate to the request may be asked to verify account ownership.
What is deleted and what is kept
- linked accounts (e-mail, name, provider identifiers) are deleted;
- the cloud save (levels, scores, daily history, badges) is deleted;
- leaderboard and daily challenge scores and notification tokens are deleted;
- your leaderboard name is deleted and your ad-free entitlement is closed;
- purchase records are kept for bookkeeping and refunds; you can use the product again through the store’s “restore purchases”;
- the game save on your device stays there until you uninstall the game.
