Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

1. Amaç ve kapsam

Bu Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni, RAVENTRON TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Raventron", "biz") tarafından yayımlanan I Ching mobil uygulamasını kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini, hangi verilerin yalnızca cihazınızda kaldığını, hangi durumlarda verilerin sunuculara veya üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarına iletildiğini ve kişisel verileriniz üzerindeki haklarınızı açıklar.

I Ching, temel işlevlerinin önemli bir bölümünün hesap oluşturmadan kullanılabileceği şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

Kısa özet:

• Para atışları, heksagramlar, sorularınız ve günlük kayıtlarınız varsayılan olarak cihazınızda tutulur.
• Bu kayıtlar otomatik olarak Raventron hesabına veya buluta yedeklenmez.
• Apple veya Google ile giriş yaptığınızda hesap ve kota yönetimi için sınırlı hesap verileri işlenir.
• AI destekli yorum özelliğini özellikle talep ettiğinizde ilgili soru ve okuma verileri yorum hizmetine gönderilir.
• Uygulama üçüncü taraf reklam göstermez.
• Reklam amacıyla kullanıcı profili oluşturulmaz.
• Üçüncü taraf davranışsal reklam veya izleme SDK'sı kullanılmaz.
• IDFA reklam kimliği toplanmaz.

3. Cihazınızda tutulan veriler

Aşağıdaki bilgiler normal kullanım sırasında Raventron sunucularına otomatik olarak gönderilmez ve uygulamanın cihazınızdaki yerel depolama alanında saklanır:

• yazdığınız soru metinleri;
• para atışının altı çizgi değeri;
• birincil ve ikincil heksagram bilgileri;
• günlük kayıtları ve yerel not/yorumlar;
• dil, tema, ses, titreşim ve sesli okuma tercihleri;
• uygulama içindeki belirli bilgilendirmelerin görüntülenme durumu;
• AI yorum talebi için verdiğiniz kullanıcı seçimleri;
• giriş yaptıysanız cihazdaki oturum bilgisi ve kota özetinin yerel kopyası.

Bu veriler siz uygulama içinden silene, uygulamanın verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalabilir.

Hesaptan çıkış yapmak cihazdaki günlük kayıtlarını veya yerel atış geçmişini otomatik olarak silmez.

4. Yedekleme ve dışa aktarma

Günlüğünüz veya ilgili yerel kayıtlarınız yalnızca sizin başlattığınız dışa aktarma işlemi sonucunda cihazınızdan çıkar.

Bir yedek dosyasını Dosyalar, Google Drive, başka bir cihaz veya farklı bir hizmetle paylaşmayı seçerseniz dosya seçtiğiniz hizmete aktarılır. Raventron bu yedeği otomatik olarak kendi sunucularına yüklemez.

Dışa aktardığınız dosyanın üçüncü taraf bir hizmette saklanması hâlinde ilgili hizmetin gizlilik ve güvenlik koşulları uygulanır.

5. Sesli okuma

Sesli okuma özelliği cihazın desteklediği konuşma motorundan yararlanır. Raventron yalnızca metnin sesli okunması amacıyla ayrı bir ses kaydı oluşturmaz.

Cihaz işletim sisteminin veya seçilen konuşma motorunun kendi veri işleme uygulamaları bulunuyorsa bunlar ilgili sağlayıcının koşullarına tabidir.

6. Hesap oluşturma ve Apple / Google ile giriş

AI yorumları, yorum kotası ve hesapla ilişkili hizmetlerin kullanılabilmesi için Apple veya Google hesabınızla giriş yapmanız gerekebilir.

Giriş sırasında ilgili kimlik sağlayıcısından alınan kimlik doğrulama jetonu Raventron'un hesap/yorum sunucusuna gönderilebilir.

Bu işlem kapsamında aşağıdaki bilgiler işlenebilir:

• kimlik sağlayıcısı (Apple veya Google);
• sağlayıcının hesaba verdiği benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği (sub);
• kimlik jetonunda bulunuyorsa e-posta adresi;
• sağlanıyorsa görünen ad;
• hesap oluşturma ve oturum bilgileri;
• yorum kotası, satın alınmış haklar ve abonelikle ilişkili kullanım bilgileri.

Apple'ın "E-postamı Gizle" özelliğini kullanmanız hâlinde Raventron gerçek e-posta adresiniz yerine Apple tarafından sağlanan yönlendirme adresini görebilir.

7. AI yorum özelliği kullanıldığında işlenen veriler

AI destekli yorum hizmeti yalnızca kullanıcı tarafından başlatılır.

AI yorum talebini onayladığınızda aşağıdaki bilgiler sunucuya gönderilebilir:

• yazdığınız soru metni;
• altı çizginin değerleri;
• bu değerlerden türetilen heksagram bilgileri;
• talebin dili;
• isteğe bağlı okuma veya günlük eşleme kimliği;
• aynı yorum oturumunda ek soru sormanız hâlinde önceki soru ve yanıtlar;
• daha önce oluşturulmuş AI yorumunun ilgili bölümleri;
• yorumun tutup tutmadığına dair isteğe bağlı işaret.

Uygulamadaki diğer günlük kayıtlarınız, diğer atışlarınız veya cihazınızdaki tüm geçmişiniz bu talebe otomatik olarak eklenmez.

AI yorum hizmetinin kullanılması isteğe bağlıdır. AI yorum özelliğini kullanmadan uygulamanın temel I Ching işlevlerinden yararlanabilirsiniz.

8. AI hizmet sağlayıcıları

AI yorumu oluşturmak amacıyla talebiniz Raventron yorum sunucusuna, OpenRouter altyapısına ve talep sırasında seçilmiş olan dil modeli sağlayıcısına iletilebilir.

Model sağlayıcısı teknik, güvenlik, kapasite veya ürün gereksinimleri nedeniyle zaman içinde değişebilir.

Raventron, AI yorumuna gönderdiğiniz kişisel içerikleri kendi genel amaçlı AI modelini eğitmek amacıyla kullanmaz.

OpenRouter ve seçilen model sağlayıcısının teknik hizmetin yürütülmesi kapsamında kendi veri işleme ve saklama koşulları uygulanabilir. Mümkün olduğu ölçüde veri saklamayan veya veri kullanımını sınırlayan sağlayıcı ve yapılandırmalar tercih edilir.

AI sağlayıcısının değişmesinin kişisel verilerin kullanım amacı veya veri koruma riskleri üzerinde önemli bir değişiklik yaratması hâlinde bu politika güncellenir ve uygulanabilir hukuk gerektiriyorsa ayrıca kullanıcı seçimi alınır.

9. Yurt dışına veri aktarımı

Apple, Google, OpenRouter veya seçilen AI model sağlayıcısının altyapısının Türkiye dışında bulunması nedeniyle bazı kişisel veriler yurt dışında işlenebilir.

Yurt dışına kişisel veri aktarımı, KVKK'nın 9. maddesi ve ilgili ikincil mevzuatta öngörülen aktarım mekanizmalarından somut aktarım için uygun olanına dayanılarak gerçekleştirilir.

Uygulanabilir mekanizmalar yeterlilik kararı, uygun güvence, standart sözleşme, bağlayıcı şirket kuralları veya mevzuatta öngörülen diğer aktarım yöntemlerini içerebilir.

Raventron'un standart sözleşme mekanizmasını kullandığı hâllerde mevzuatın öngördüğü bildirim yükümlülükleri yerine getirilir.

10. Sunucu ve işletim kayıtları

Raventron sunucusu hizmetin çalıştırılması, güvenliği, kota yönetimi ve teknik sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla sınırlı işletim kayıtları tutabilir.

Bu kayıtlar aşağıdakilerden bazılarını içerebilir:

• istek zamanı;
• hesap veya oturumla ilişkili teknik kimlik;
• istek türü ve hizmet sonucu;
• hata bilgileri;
• kota işlemleri;
• AI yorum talebinin işlenmesi için gerekli içerik;
• oluşturulan yorum;
• aynı yorumla ilişkili ek soru ve yanıtlar;
• yorumun veya ek yanıtın tutup tutmadığına dair isteğe bağlı işaret.

Bu kayıtlar işletmecinin veritabanında tutulur. Bu kayıtlar reklam profili oluşturmak veya hedefli reklam sunmak amacıyla kullanılmaz.

11. Saklama süreleri

Kişisel veriler işlenme amaçları için gerekli olduğu süreden daha uzun tutulmaz.

Cihazdaki yerel veriler: Siz silene, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazınızda kalabilir.

Hesap ve oturum verileri: Hesabınız aktif olduğu süre boyunca ve hesap kapatıldıktan sonra yürürlükteki mevzuatın zorunlu kıldığı süre boyunca saklanabilir.

AI yorum kayıtları: Hizmetin işletilmesi ve hata giderme için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Kesin operasyonel saklama süresi belirlendiğinde bu madde buna göre güncellenecektir.

Teknik ve güvenlik kayıtları: Güvenlik, hata giderme ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Kesin operasyonel saklama süresi belirlendiğinde bu madde buna göre güncellenecektir.

Finansal ve hukuki zorunluluk kapsamındaki kayıtlar: İlgili mevzuatta öngörülen süreler boyunca saklanabilir.

Saklama süresi sona erdiğinde kişisel veri uygulanabilir mevzuata uygun olarak silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

12. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları ve hukuki sebepleri

Hesap ve kimlik doğrulama verileri

Amaç: kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmak, güvenli oturum açmak ve yorum haklarını kullanıcıyla eşleştirmek.

Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması ve, şartları oluştuğunda, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati.

Kota, abonelik ve satın alma bilgileri

Amaç: kullanıcının haklarını tanımak, tüketilen/kalan yorum haklarını yönetmek ve satın alımları doğrulamak.

Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası ve hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.

AI yorum talebine ilişkin içerik

Amaç: kullanıcı tarafından özellikle talep edilen AI yorumunu oluşturmak ve sunmak.

Hukuki sebep: ilgili hizmetin kullanıcı talebi üzerine yerine getirilmesi; yurt dışı aktarım yönünden ayrıca uygulanabilir aktarım mekanizması.

Teknik ve güvenlik kayıtları

Amaç: sistem güvenliği, hata giderme ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi.

Hukuki sebep: şartları oluştuğunda veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati ve hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.

13. Verilerin aktarıldığı taraflar

Hizmetin sağlanması amacıyla sınırlı veriler aşağıdaki alıcı gruplarına aktarılabilir:

• Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple, App Store dağıtımı ve uygulama içi satın alma/abonelik işlemleri;
• Google LLC — Google ile giriş, Google Play dağıtımı ve uygulama içi satın alma/abonelik işlemleri;
• OpenRouter — kullanıcı tarafından talep edilen AI yorumunun uygun model sağlayıcısına yönlendirilmesi;
• AI model sağlayıcısı — kullanıcı tarafından talep edilen AI yorumunun oluşturulması;
• Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları — yalnızca yürürlükteki hukukun zorunlu kıldığı hâllerde ve hukuken geçerli talepler kapsamında.

Ödeme kartı numarası Raventron tarafından alınmaz veya saklanmaz. Mağaza üzerinden gerçekleştirilen ödemelerin tahsilatı Apple veya Google tarafından yürütülür.

14. Reklam, takip ve analitik

I Ching uygulaması üçüncü taraf reklam göstermez, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam profili oluşturmaz, IDFA toplamaz ve üçüncü taraf davranışsal reklam takip sistemi kullanmaz.

Kişisel veriler reklam ağlarına satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.

Gelecekte analitik, çökme raporlama veya reklam SDK'sı eklenmesi hâlinde bu politika ve ilgili mağaza gizlilik bildirimleri uygulamaya alınmadan önce güncellenir.

15. Güvenlik

Raventron kişisel verilerin gizliliğini ve bütünlüğünü korumak amacıyla uygun teknik ve idari güvenlik tedbirleri uygular.

Sunucu bağlantılarında desteklendiği ölçüde güncel TLS şifreleme mekanizmaları kullanılır. Sunucu yönetim alanları ve kayıtlarına erişim yetkilendirilmiş kişilerle sınırlandırılır.

Hiçbir elektronik sistem mutlak güvenlik sağlayamaz. Kişisel veri ihlali meydana gelmesi hâlinde yürürlükteki mevzuatın gerektirdiği bildirim ve müdahale süreçleri uygulanır.

16. Hesap silme

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı Sil adımlarını kullanarak silebilirsiniz.

Hesap silme işlemi sonucunda, yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar hariç:

• aktif oturumlar iptal edilir;
• hesap profili, e-posta ve görünen ad silinir;
• kullanılmamış uygulama içi kullanım hakları hesaptan kaldırılabilir;
• hesaba bağlı kişisel AI yorum kayıtları silme süreci kapsamında kaldırılır;
• cihazdaki yerel günlük ve atış kayıtları otomatik olarak silinmez.

İlk kullanım/promosyon hakkının tekrarlı kötüye kullanımını önlemek amacıyla Apple veya Google sağlayıcı kimliğinin sınırlı bir kaydı tutuluyorsa, bu kayıt yalnızca bu amaçla kullanılmalıdır ve soru/yorum içeriğiyle birlikte tutulmamalıdır.

Google Play kapsamında uygulama dışından hesap silme talebi için kullanılacak web adresi: \[HESAP SİLME WEB SAYFASI URL'Sİ\].

Hesap silme işlemi App Store veya Google Play'deki aktif aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmeyebilir. Abonelik ayrıca ilgili mağazadan yönetilmelidir.

17. Veri sahibi olarak haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında, şartları oluştuğunda:

• kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme;
• işlenmişse bilgi talep etme;
• işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme;
• verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme;
• eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme;
• kanuni şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme;
• düzeltme veya silme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme;
• yalnızca otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilmesi sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme;
• kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz.

GDPR'ın uygulandığı kullanıcılar, şartları oluştuğunda erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği, işlemeye itiraz, rızayı geri çekme ve yetkili denetim makamına şikâyet haklarına da sahip olabilir.

Kişisel verilerinizle ilgili taleplerinizi contact@raventron.net adresine iletebilirsiniz.

Kimlik veya hesap sahipliğinin doğrulanması için talebin niteliğiyle orantılı ek bilgi istenebilir.

19. Çocuklar

I Ching, 13 yaşından küçük çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır.

Uygulanabilir mevzuatın daha yüksek bir dijital rıza veya kullanım yaşı belirlediği ülkelerde ilgili yaş sınırı geçerlidir.

Raventron yaş sınırının altındaki çocuklardan bilerek hesap veya AI yorum verisi toplamayı amaçlamaz. Böyle bir veri işlendiğinin tespit edilmesi hâlinde uygulanabilir hukuka göre gerekli işlemler yapılır.

20. Değişiklikler

Bu politika uygulamanın özellikleri, veri işleme yöntemleri, hizmet sağlayıcıları veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde güncellenebilir.

Önemli bir veri işleme değişikliği olması hâlinde kullanıcıya uygulama içinden veya uygun başka bir yöntemle bildirim yapılabilir.

Yeni bir veri işleme faaliyeti ayrı kullanıcı seçimi veya rıza gerektiriyorsa yalnızca politikayı değiştirmek yeterli sayılmaz.

1. Purpose and scope

This Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice explains how RAVENTRON TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Raventron”, “we”) processes your personal data when you use the I Ching mobile application, which data remains only on your device, when data is sent to servers or third-party service providers, and your rights over your personal data.

I Ching is designed so that a substantial part of its core functions can be used without creating an account.

Short summary:

• Coin casts, hexagrams, your questions, and journal entries are kept on your device by default.
• These records are not automatically backed up to a Raventron account or to the cloud.
• When you sign in with Apple or Google, limited account data is processed for account and quota management.
• When you expressly request the AI-supported interpretation feature, the related question and reading data are sent to the interpretation service.
• The app does not show third-party ads.
• No user profile is built for advertising.
• No third-party behavioural advertising or tracking SDK is used.
• No IDFA advertising identifier is collected.

2. Data controller

3. Data kept on your device

The following information is not sent automatically to Raventron servers during ordinary use and is stored in the app’s local storage on your device:

• question texts you write;
• the six line values of a coin cast;
• primary and secondary hexagram information;
• journal entries and local notes/comments;
• language, theme, sound, haptics, and spoken-reading preferences;
• whether certain in-app notices have been shown;
• the choices you make for an AI interpretation request;
• if you are signed in, the session on the device and a local copy of the quota summary.

This data may remain on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s data, or remove the app from your device.

Signing out does not automatically delete journal entries or local cast history on the device.

4. Backup and export

Your journal or related local records leave your device only as a result of an export you start.

If you choose to share a backup file with Files, Google Drive, another device, or a different service, the file is transferred to the service you chose. Raventron does not automatically upload that backup to its own servers.

If an exported file is stored with a third-party service, that service’s privacy and security terms apply.

5. Spoken reading

Spoken reading uses a speech engine supported by the device. Raventron does not create a separate audio recording solely for the purpose of reading the text aloud.

If the device operating system or the selected speech engine has its own data-processing practices, those are subject to the relevant provider’s terms.

6. Creating an account and signing in with Apple / Google

You may need to sign in with your Apple or Google account to use AI interpretations, interpretation quota, and account-related services.

During sign-in, the identity token received from the relevant identity provider may be sent to Raventron’s account/interpretation server.

The following information may be processed in this operation:

• identity provider (Apple or Google);
• the unique user identifier (sub) assigned by the provider;
• email address, if present in the identity token;
• display name, if provided;
• account creation and session information;
• interpretation quota, purchased entitlements, and usage information related to a subscription.

If you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, Raventron may see the forwarding address provided by Apple instead of your real email address.

7. Data processed when the AI interpretation feature is used

The AI-supported interpretation service is started only by the user.

When you approve an AI interpretation request, the following information may be sent to the server:

• the question text you wrote;
• the values of the six lines;
• hexagram information derived from those values;
• the language of the request;
• an optional reading or journal mapping identifier;
• previous questions and answers if you ask a follow-up in the same interpretation session;
• relevant parts of a previously generated AI interpretation;
• an optional mark of whether the interpretation sat well.

Your other journal entries, other casts, or your full history on the device are not automatically attached to this request.

Use of the AI interpretation service is optional. You can use the app’s core I Ching functions without using the AI interpretation feature.

8. AI service providers

To generate an AI interpretation, your request may be sent to the Raventron interpretation server, the OpenRouter infrastructure, and the language-model provider selected at the time of the request.

The model provider may change over time for technical, security, capacity, or product reasons.

Raventron does not use the personal content you send with an AI interpretation to train its own general-purpose AI model.

OpenRouter and the selected model provider may apply their own data-processing and retention terms in the course of providing the technical service. Where possible, providers and configurations that do not retain data or that limit data use are preferred.

If a change of AI provider would materially change the purpose of personal-data use or data-protection risks, this policy is updated and, where applicable law requires it, a further user choice is obtained.

9. International data transfers

Some personal data may be processed outside Türkiye because Apple, Google, OpenRouter, or the selected AI model provider’s infrastructure is located outside Türkiye.

International transfers of personal data are carried out on the basis of whichever transfer mechanism under Article 9 of KVKK and related secondary legislation is appropriate for the concrete transfer.

Applicable mechanisms may include an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or other transfer methods provided by law.

Where Raventron uses the standard contractual mechanism, the notification duties provided by law are fulfilled.

10. Server and operational records

The Raventron server may keep limited operational records for running the service, security, quota management, and troubleshooting.

These records may include some of the following:

• time of the request;
• a technical identifier related to the account or session;
• request type and service outcome;
• error information;
• quota operations;
• content needed to process an AI interpretation request;
• the generated interpretation;
• follow-up questions and answers related to the same interpretation;
• an optional mark of whether the interpretation or a follow-up answer sat well.

These records are kept in the operator’s database. They are not used to build an advertising profile or to serve targeted ads.

11. Retention periods

Personal data is not kept longer than needed for the purposes of processing.

Local data on the device: May remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Account and session data: May be kept while your account is active and, after the account is closed, for as long as applicable law requires.

AI interpretation records: Kept for as long as needed to operate the service and to troubleshoot. This article will be updated when a definite operational retention period is set.

Technical and security records: Kept for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse. This article will be updated when a definite operational retention period is set.

Records required by financial and legal duties: May be kept for the periods provided in the relevant legislation.

When the retention period ends, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.

12. Purposes of processing and legal bases

Account and authentication data

Purpose: to create a user account, to sign in securely, and to match interpretation entitlements with the user.

Legal basis: that processing is directly related to forming or performing a contract and, where the conditions are met, the data controller’s legitimate interest.

Quota, subscription, and purchase information

Purpose: to recognise the user’s entitlements, to manage consumed/remaining interpretation credits, and to verify purchases.

Legal basis: forming or performing a contract and fulfilling legal obligations.

Content related to an AI interpretation request

Purpose: to generate and deliver the AI interpretation expressly requested by the user.

Legal basis: performance of the relevant service upon the user’s request; for international transfers, also the applicable transfer mechanism.

Technical and security records

Purpose: system security, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse.

Legal basis: where the conditions are met, the data controller’s legitimate interest and fulfilment of legal obligations.

13. Parties to whom data is transferred

Limited data may be transferred to the following recipient groups in order to provide the service:

• Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and in-app purchase/subscription operations;
• Google LLC — Google sign-in, Google Play distribution, and in-app purchase/subscription operations;
• OpenRouter — routing the user-requested AI interpretation to a suitable model provider;
• AI model provider — generating the user-requested AI interpretation;
• Competent public authorities — only where current law requires it and within legally valid requests.

Raventron does not receive or store payment-card numbers. Collection of payments made through the store is carried out by Apple or Google.

14. Advertising, tracking, and analytics

The I Ching app does not show third-party ads, does not build a personalised advertising profile, does not collect IDFA, and does not use a third-party behavioural advertising tracking system.

Personal data is not sold or rented to advertising networks.

If analytics, crash reporting, or an advertising SDK is added in the future, this policy and the related store privacy notices will be updated before that is put into use.

15. Security

Raventron applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data.

Up-to-date TLS encryption is used on server connections where supported. Access to server administration areas and records is limited to authorised persons.

No electronic system can provide absolute security. If a personal-data breach occurs, the notification and response processes required by applicable law are followed.

16. Deleting an account

You can delete your account from inside the app using Settings → Account → Delete account.

As a result of account deletion, except for records that must be kept by law:

• active sessions are revoked;
• the account profile, email, and display name are deleted;
• unused in-app usage entitlements may be removed from the account;
• personal AI interpretation records linked to the account are removed as part of the deletion process;
• local journal and cast records on the device are not deleted automatically.

If a limited record of the Apple or Google provider identifier is kept in order to prevent repeated abuse of a first-use/promotional entitlement, that record should be used only for that purpose and should not be kept together with question/interpretation content.

Deleting the account may not automatically cancel an active subscription in the App Store or Google Play. The subscription must also be managed from the relevant store.

17. Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, where the conditions are met, you may have the rights to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose;
• learn the third parties to whom data is transferred;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met;
• request that correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

Users to whom the GDPR applies may, where the conditions are met, also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a competent supervisory authority.

You may send requests about your personal data to contact@raventron.net.

Additional information proportionate to the nature of the request may be asked in order to verify identity or account ownership.

19. Children

I Ching is not designed for children under 13.

In countries where applicable law sets a higher digital-consent or use age, that age limit applies.

Raventron does not knowingly collect account or AI interpretation data from children below the age limit. If such processing is identified, the steps required by applicable law are taken.

20. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app’s features, processing methods, service providers, or legal requirements change.

If there is a material change in data processing, the user may be notified in the app or by another suitable method.

If a new processing activity requires a separate user choice or consent, changing the policy alone is not treated as sufficient.
